Computer Support Specialist

The Computer Support Specialist A+ certification is a 16-credit hour program which provides an excellent starting point for individuals who wish to pursue a career in the Information Systems industry. Technical and communication areas of training include the development of skills in hardware, software, networking, written communication, verbal communication, and problem solving. The completed program prepares students for the industry recognized CompTIA A+ certification exam, to join the computer support workforce or to continue their education.
