Because the liberal arts and sciences (LASC) major covers a broad spectrum of subjects, it prepares students like you for transfer to a four-year university. With this strong foundation of general education coursework, you could potentially pursue bachelor's degree programs such as English, history, humanities, journalism, foreign languages, pre-law, literature, psychology, sociology, political science, philosophy, and so much more.

Advisement 

You are encouraged to work collaboratively with your academic advisor or a faculty member to design an LASC program tailored to your interest area(s), and students can graduate with either an Associate in Science or Associate in Arts.
