Participants will learn the fundamentals of vibration analysis, industry terminology, the benefits of vibration monitoring, common causes of machine vibration, and participate in hands-on lab demonstrations. The course is designed for beginners with no prior experience, maintenance personnel, industrial technicians, and anyone interested in predictive maintenance.
The second course, Precision Measurement, will take place on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., also in Room 1301 of the John Collins Vocational Building.
