Housing Application & Dining Options

The housing application process will be available April 1st for the Fall 2024 - Spring 2025 academic year. Please click on the link below which will redirect you to the Housing Application Portal. Information you will need to have prepared include your most recent immunization records. There is a non-refundable application fee of $125.00 due and can be paid through the portal. Roommate selections begin on June 1st and room selection on June 15th for those that have completed the application. Please call 620-276-9516 with questions.

On Campus Housing Options

Room Descriptions:

Located along the east side of the Residential Life courtyard, the East Units comprise of four two-person bedrooms, a large restroom and common area with a limited cooking area. Each room includes extra-long twin beds, closets, desks, chairs, shelves and drawers.

Cleaning Schedule:

The East Unit restrooms are cleaned weekly by the custodial staff. You are responsible for cleaning your room, common area and hallway. You are responsible for taking out the trash in your room and the trash from the unit common area. Cleanliness inspections are scheduled once a month. Cleaning supplies are available in the Residential Life office.

Housing and Dining Cost:

$3,400 Per Semester

Room Description:

If you're seeking the traditional college style dormitories this is the room for you! The West Hall is comprised of long hallways with two-person bedrooms and large restrooms down the hall. Each room includes extra-long twin beds, closets, desks, chairs, drawers and bookshelves. There are limited cooking areas available as well as TV lounges. The West Hall is connected to the Student Center that houses student mailboxes, cafeteria and Broncbuster Bookstore.

Cleaning Schedule:

The West Hall restrooms and hallways are cleaned daily (Monday-Friday) by the custodial staff. You are responsible for cleaning your room and taking out the trash from your room.

$3,450 Per Semester

Room Description:

Located along the west and south side of the Residential Life courtyard the Apartments comprise of three bedrooms, two restrooms, furnished living room (loveseat, chair, coffee table and end table), and fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, table and chairs). Each room includes extra-long twin beds, closets, desks, chairs, and three-drawer dressers.

Cleaning Schedule:

If you have not learned to clean up after yourself, this is NOT the option for you. This independent living arrangement requires each resident to clean all of their living spaces including the restrooms. You are responsible for taking out the trash in your room and the trash from the apartment kitchen. Cleanliness inspections are scheduled once a month. Cleaning supplies are available in the Residential Life office. Restrooms are cleaned Monthly.

Room Description:

Located on the south side of Spruce Street across from the main campus the Broncbuster Houses consist of four bedrooms, two restrooms, furnished living room (sofa and two over-stuffed chairs), furnished dining area (table and four chairs), limited cooking area, lockable storage room and two linen-closets in the hallway. Each room includes extra-long twin beds, closets, desks, chairs, and three-drawer dressers.

The Broncbuster House restrooms are cleaned weekly by the custodial staff. You are responsible for cleaning your room, living room, dining area and hallway. You are responsible for taking out the trash in your room and the trash from the living/dining room. Cleanliness inspections are scheduled once a month. Cleaning supplies are available in the Residential Life office.

Housing and Dining Cost:

$4,000 Per Semester

Room Description:

Full amenity living at its best, the Broncbuster Suites provide a fully furnished kitchen including stove, full size refrigerator, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Each suite has a furnished living room, restroom and its own washer and dryer! Each room includes extra-long twin beds, closet, 3-drawer dresser and wardrobe. The suites are located one block south of Spruce Street and the main campus

Cleaning Schedule:

With all those amenities, there comes some responsibility! The Broncbuster Suites do NOT come with custodial support, which means you clean up after yourself. This includes cleaning the living room, kitchen, restrooms and bedrooms. Dumpsters are available on the north end of the building for trash. Cleaning supplies are available in the Residential Life office. Cleanliness inspections are scheduled once a month

Dining Options

ALL students living on campus are required to have a 19 meal plan. Each meal offers all you can eat in a variety of choices. The cafeteria hosts special theme nights, steak nights, display cooking, and other special events. A total of 19 meals are served each week in the cafeteria.

Dining Options for Commuters, Faculty, Staff, and Visitors

For those that prefer the option of dining at the Cafeteria a wide range of options are available:

  • Purchase a meal plan identical to our residence hall students please contact Residential Life office (620) 276-9516
  • 10 meal is $51.68
  • 15 meal is $68.00
  • Breakfast $5.19
  • Lunch $6.50
  • Dinner $7.49
  • Steak Night $8.49

Those wishing to purchase a full meal plan may do so in the Residential Life Office. All other options may be exercised in the cafeteria during regular business hours.
