Policy Statement:

The athletic policy is formulated so as to be consistent with the broad educational objectives of the institution.

Procedures:

Internal

• The control of the intercollegiate athletic program is the responsibility of the school administration.
• Broncbuster Athletic Association
  • The general purpose of the Broncbuster Athletic Association (BAA) is to provide a means by which representatives of the community may participate cooperatively in the review and recommendation of financial support of the intercollegiate athletic program. This association will have general advisory responsibilities and all recommendations shall be made to the Athletic Director and President of the College.  It is not the purpose of the Association to operate the athletic program but to serve only in an advisory and financial capacity.

External

• In the conduct of intercollegiate athletics, the college administration subscribes to the athletic policy of the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference, Region VI, and the National Junior College Athletic Association Policies on Athletics.
