Policy Statement

Student evaluations are available online to students in all credit courses. Students are assured that the faculty member will not see the evaluations until final grades have been turned in.

Procedures

Garden City Community College will offer an end of semester course evaluation to students, which will be available to students prior to the semester end. Results of student evaluations are distributed to the respective faculty no later than 3 weeks after final grade submission for the term.  

Results from student evaluations of faculty are made available to the instructor and their Division Chair, Dean, and Vice President for Instructional Services. Supervising administrators should review student evaluations for trends and discuss them with faculty and divisions as relevant.
