  • Print off the required documents. This is found to your right and is in PDF format and includes the Reserve a Room Checklist, 2016-2017 Housing Application Contract, Student Profile Sheet, and Student Health Form.

  • Read the 2016-2017 Academic Year Contract in its entirety.

  • Fill out your housing contract. Please be aware that you are signing a two-semester agreement for the academic year OR a one-semester agreement for the Spring semester only.

  • Fill out Student Profile Sheet.
  • Complete the 3-page Student Health Form.

    Compliance with our immunization requirements is mandatory. Each student must submit proof of:

    • Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR) Vaccine
    • Proof of Meningitis vaccination or signed waiver
    • Photocopy of Health Insurance (if the student is not covered by health insurance this can be omitted)

    If the immunization section is not completed/signed by a physician, you must submit a photocopy of your immunization records or obtain a copy from your most recent educational institution. Please be sure to fill out the top page completely including the consent to administer medical service.

  • Return all of your completed paperwork along with your payment before July 1, 2016. The payment includes the dorm damage deposit, activity fee, laundry fee and reservation payment. Everyone is required to make this payment regardless of his/her financial aid status. A room will NOT be reserved for you until the reservation payment is received. IF THE RESIDENCE HALLS FILL BEFORE THIS PAYMENT IS MADE, YOU WILL BE PLACED ON THE WAITLIST! MAKE YOUR PAYMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! You may send a check/money order or charge the payment to your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) by calling the Business Office at 620-276-9576 or 620-276-9619. Room reservations are secured on a first come, first served basis. If you have an area or roommate preference, both parties must have completed the reservation process to secure the request No request can be guaranteed, but we will try to honor preferences based on the date your completed paperwork and payment are received. The Residential Life Staff reserves the right to assign rooms as they see fit.
