Domestic Violence Awareness Exhibit Open October 2-13 at GCCC

[Garden City, KS] September 22, 2023 -- In partnership with Family Crisis Services, Garden City Community College will host a Silent Witness Project exhibit to increase public awareness and knowledge of domestic violence and victim advocacy services.

The exhibit shares and honors the stories of Kansas women who lost their lives through domestic violence. The display will be open to the public in the Thomas Saffell Library from October 2nd to October 13th in observance of October’s Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The viewable hours will be Monday-Thursday from 8 AM to 9 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
