Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school. Six months to two years of similar or related experience preferred. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the college for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.
Responsible for maintaining and improving college website and training campus personnel. Improve and enhance college website, train and assist end users with web page development and placement on the GCCC web page. Creates web base programs for campus and interacts with campus computing resources.
Reports to the Director of Computer Services.
