A high school diploma, GED or some college. An associate's degree is preferred. Six months to two years of similar or related experience. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills; computer experience; database experience, organizational skills; fluent in Spanish preferred.

Scope of Job:

Provide clerical support for supervisor and staff. Answers the phone; assist with preparation, planning, and decision making; maintains financial records and student information. Work 29 hours a week year around. Limited benefits.


Reports to the Director of Educational Talent Search.


Based on qualifications and experience.
