Applicant must have collegiate coaching experience with an understanding of the NJCAA rules and regulations. The college competes under the Kansas Jayhawk Conference, Division I level. A successful background and demonstrated ability to motivate and recruit student athletes is required. The Head Coach will be responsible for the program success of this major sport program which includes recruiting of student athletes, departmental budget, student conduct, equipment inventory and coaching staff.
Applicant must have a Bachelor�s degree from an accredited institution with a Master�s Degree preferred.
Deliver a quality program underpinned with student athlete success in the classroom and on the field.
Reports to the Athletic Director
Commensurate with education and experience and includes an a complete fringe benefit package
