GCCC Associate Degree Nursing Program Outcomes

Program Outcome 1: NCLEX-RN First Time Pass Rates

Timeframe for Program Outcome 1: January 1st to December 31st

Expected Level of Achievement: The program’s most recent annual licensure examination pass rate will be at least 75% for all first-time test-takers during the same 12- month period.

Program Outcome 2: Program Completion Rates

Timeframe for Program Outcome 2:
The percent of students completing the program within 150% of the program length.

Expected Level of Achievement: Program completion is determined by faculty, reflect program demographics, and program options. Greater than 65% of students will complete the ADN within 150% of the published timeline in the college catalog.

Program Outcome 3: Graduate Job Placement Rates

Timeframe for Program Outcome 3: June 1st to May 31st

Expected Level of Achievement: 90% of the students seeking employment will be placed in a job within six months after graduation.
