Garden City Community College Achieves Record Enrollment of Credit Hours for Fall 2024
[Garden City, KS] November 18, 2024 -- Garden City Community College (GCCC) is proud to announce that it has achieved its highest credit hour enrollment in the school’s 105-year history. The college has set a new record of 23,118 credit hours, surpassing the previous high of 23,108, with Fall 2024 enrollment still ongoing. This milestone marks a significant achievement for GCCC and reflects the institution's continued commitment to providing accessible, high-quality education to students.
The record enrollment is a direct result of GCCC’s ongoing strategic enrollment management initiatives, including enhanced recruitment efforts, student retention strategies, and expanded academic offerings. These efforts have contributed to an increase in student engagement and success, solidifying GCCC’s reputation as a cornerstone of higher education in the region.
