Each "Unit" is comprised of four two-person bedrooms, a large central bathroom, and a limited cooking area. Each unit is equipped with cleaning supplies for your common areas including broom, dustpan, mop and bucket. This is a semi-independent living area and residents are required to clean their own hallways, rooms, and cooking area.
Our custodial staff will clean your bathrooms once per week if all of your personal items are picked up. Cupboards and shelves are conveniently located in the bathroom area to store your personal items.
An East Unit bedroom measures roughly 15'4" x 11'4".
Traditional college living at its best. The West Hall is comprised of long hallways with two-person bedrooms and restrooms down the hall. Restrooms and hallways are cleaned daily by our custodial staff - you're responsible for your room. Limited cooking areas are available as well as a television lounge. The West Hall is connected to the Student Center that houses mailboxes and cafeteria.
A West Hall bedroom measures roughly 16'3" x 11'6".
The “apartment” style housing is made up of three-bedrooms, two-bathrooms and can house 6 students. Each apartment has a partially furnished living room (loveseat, chair, end table, coffee table) and a fully equipped kitchen including stove, refrigerator, kitchen table and chairs.
Caution: If you have not learned how to clean up after yourself, this is not the option for you.
This independent living arrangements requires each group of residents to clean all of their living spaces. A vacuum, mop, bucket, and limited cleaning supplies are provided for your use.
