ALL students living on campus are required to have a meal plan.  Each meal offers all you can eat in a choice of entrees, soups, vegetables, salads, desserts, and beverages. Oh yeah, we always have fresh pizza too. The cafeteria hosts special theme nights, steak nights, display cooking, and other special events.

Options for students living on campus are:

  • 19 meals per week - eligible to eat any/all meals served in the cafeteria
  • 15 meals per week - eat any 15 of the 19 meals served in the cafeteria
  • 10 meals per week - eat any 10 of the 19 meals served in the cafeteria

Each meal plan is supplemented with $25 in Buster Bucks each semester for use at the Bistro Snack Bar located in the Beth Tedrow Student Center.  Buster Bucks are non-refundable and can be used only during the semester in which they are issued.

 

Dining Options for Commuters, Faculty, Staff, and Visitors

For those that prefer the convenience eating on campus offers, a wide range of options are available.

  • Purchase a meal plan identical to our residence hall students
  • Purchase a block of 10 or 15 meals at a reduced rate -- good for any meal served in the cafeteria
  • Pay cash each time you eat
  • Set up a declining balance account for use in the Broncbuster Bistro
  • Purchase a breakfast-only plan (designed for the off-campus student athlete required to attend breakfast check Monday - Friday)

Those wishing to purchase a full meal plan may do so in the Residential Life Office.  All other options may be exercised in the cafeteria during regular business hours.

Meals are not served during Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, Spring Break and Easter.  Summer hours of operation are limited.  Please contact the Food Service Director for summer hours.

Cafeteria hours are additionally limited on weekdays with no classes or when school is canceled due to inclement weather:
