Discussion from Conference Committee

• Cyd Stein will be granted one conference in Washington D.C. the second conference was denied
• Cyd will need to get her reservations and requisitions filled out and get the correct account number from Patti Winkelman and then send the requisition to Barb Larson to approve

 

IT discussion on Maestro and attendance for the High school students

 

Committee Assignments

All faculty had returned their committee forms

Learning Services – Jim McAllister

Human Resources – Deb Robinson and Adam Sharp

Assessment – Doyle McGraw and Mark Krehbiel

Fiscal/Physical – Mary Cervantes

Calendar – Jean Ferguson

Phonathon – Roger Schmidt

 

• Discussion on Academic Review – Dave Kinder will come off and a new member will be assigned
• Jeff Davis was discussed since the committee meets before the semester starts and once before summer school
• Someone else will be replaced next year

 

 

• Discussion on TLC committee and IT committee will be through email communication due to the fact that there were no committee members present for either of these committees
