Economics

Does the Federal Deficit really affect us?
What does economic growth mean to me here in Southwest Kansas?
What affects the prices I pay at the gas pump or grocery store?

Few other areas of our lives are so closely impacted as by the economic events around us. Personally or professionally, prices and the availability of goods and services are important to us. Whether you simply want to learn why gas prices rise, or you want to round out a business degree, or possibly even make economics a career, economic study provides an experience and foundation for whatever your area of interest is. At GCCC, we offer Economics courses keeping in mind that economics should be practical in nature and relevant to our daily lives...and we try to have some fun along the way. So explore the offerings we have through the links below.
