Course Catalog Description: This course emphasizes such problems as economic stabilization, types of spending , the role of gold, limitations of central bank control, government fiscal policy, balance of payments, foreign exchange and their repercussions on the banking industry in affecting yield curves, and the structuring of portfolios. 3 credit hours.
