This is a full-time, 12 month position under the direction of the Vice President of Instruction and through the Vice-President to the college President. The GCCC animal science and food safety program provides students multiple options for post-secondary education and workforce preparation. The animal science and food safety program facilitates learning for students in the Technical Education Division by offering a variety of animal science, food safety and agriculture-related courses.
This assignment includes (but is not limited to) the following:
A master's degree with an emphasis in animal science and/or food science or related field preferred.
A bachelor's degree with an emphasis in animal science and/or food science or related and evidence of intention to complete a master's degree in this field.
