GOALS
Helping Students Learn
· Organize and use TLC office/lab in the library; Equip a Teaching and Learning Center
· Fund a faculty technology position as part of the Teaching & Learning Center
· Train faculty to use Smart Classroom technology to enhance instructional delivery
· Develop library related bibliographic instruction modules to be uploaded onto Blackboard
· Field an NJCAA Academic Team of the Year
· Efficiently use space in Community and Student Services building
· B&I double the number of contract trainings provided; add one new CEU program each year
· Expand summer programming for youth
· Maintain student numbers, conduct community awareness, redesign web site as ABE moves to campus
· Establish a computer lab at the sub-police station at EGV for community use
· Expand range of offerings to bilingual clients for workshops and counseling
· Expand services offered through SWKRPC for retailer education services for 25 counties
· Improve Automotive program entry screening process and redesign Auto Mech I class

Leading and Communicating
· Support the use of School Maestro for grade and attendance among all faculty
· Expand awareness of the need for an Entrepreneurship across the Curriculum program
· Become more active with the local USD to provide learning opportunities for students
· Begin redesign of the library’s web page to reflect a new, dynamic, hip and fun sensibility
· Secure staff funding for the Out-of-Class testing center
· Prepare students for academic success; solve advising issues of student athletes
· Graduate all sophomore team members with an Associate degree or place them in a four year program
· Expand GCCC economic development discussions and activities on campus
· Promote One Stop Workforce Center; Collaborate with Labor Exchange and local employers to meet employment needs
· Expand second yearly Cosmetology competition to include area community college students

Planning Continuous Improvement
· Tweak planning process to insure flexibility, vision and fully incorporate employee requests
· Continue to work on placement for success testing policies for more accurate placement
· Reduce the number of Outcome Assessments (WorkKeys) proctored off-campus
· Improved sprinkler system at Tangeman Fields; improve/upkeep of athletic facilities
· Fully use Datatel, especially for target marketing and complete marketing research training
· Restructure family literacy activities with reduced Even Start funding, seeking new partners
· Purchase and install lights with automatic timers at the basketball/volleyball and horseshoe pits to allow evening play
· Work with various academic departments to diversify the lecture series
· Enhance news media service through in-house digital photography capabilities
· Familiarize the Learning Services staff with Assessment policies and procedures
· Purchase two-way radios to better communicate during campus tours and activities
· Assist with implementation of WebAdvisor for Student Services, including grade entry, advising, etc.
· Purchase and install metal jambs and steel-clad solid doors for each apartment front door (8)
· Install FSS scanning software in Broncbuster Bistro with hand-held scanners/telephone line in dining room
· Use financial aid features of WebAdvisor within Datatel’s Colleague system

· Streamline campus services by moving mail room, switchboard, and central receiving to Print Shop and
establish twice daily pickup and delivery system to Central Delivery
· Offer new, fresh solutions for promotional materials and produce requested promotion and recruiting materials

· Review and revise travel procedures and transportation requests
