Relentless recruitment of quality student athletes both in state and out of state players. With the in roads the program is making throughout the state and on the national scene this is slowly beginning to take place. Financial and logistical resources need to be increased or left alone to maintain this level of success. Community Relations will improve with the programÕs relationship with Project Effort, the Special Olympics and the Morning Kiwanis Bug program. This will also help in the recruitment of student athletes as people in the community become more inclined to embrace the program.

JUSTIFICATION AND SUPPORT FOR 2006 PROJECTIONS
With the addition of Soccer a new locker room is essential for this program to compete with other programs in this league. An expanded or new weight room will be needed as our programs are beginning to outgrow our facilities. Two Gyms and the walkway around the gyms have become cluttered as other sports train in the off season inside and the increased enrollment in Super Circuit put a serious strain on the indoor sports to practice. The ever increasing need to loosen restrictions on foreign student-athletes has put added pressure on this program to look other countries in order to keep pace with the other schools in the conference.
