MARKS BECOMES FIRST EVER MULVANE COMMITMENT

Amalia Marks, a forward for the Lady Wildcats of Mulvane (KS) High School, became the seventh commitment for the Fall 2007 edition of the Garden City Community College Lady Buster Soccer program.

 

Marks is a three year varsity member for Class 4A Mulvane. The school earned a post season birth in her junior season, as she earned a 2 nd Team Division III-IV selection. Marks also recorded 9 goals and 3 assists in her junior season. Her senior season will see her chase the school record of 11 goals.

 

“I am very pleased that Amalia will suit up as a Buster in the fall and pursue her academic interest of pre-vet here at Garden City Community College ,” Head Women's Soccer Coach Jeff Huffman states. “Her speed will bring a dimension to the team that could allow her to play multiple positions.”
