High School:

Stegman was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2002, was awarded Pitcher of the Year 2003-2005, was named on the Patriot League All-Conference Team 2003-2005, was named on the CHSAA and Rocky Mountain News All-State Team 2003-2005, and received CCGS All-State Team honors in 2005. Stegman lead the Stratton Eagles to two elite eight finishes, the Burlington Cougars to one elite eight finish and one final four finish, the East Central East Colorado 16 & Under softball team to a final-four Babe Ruth World Series finish in 2003, and the Wheat Ridge Mirage to the Triple Crown World Series in 2005. Stegman was also on the CHSAA Academic All-State Team in 2003-2005.
