The
Aerobic Super Circuit is provided to students, faculty/staff, and
community members each semester who enroll in GCCC's HPER119 or
120 courses. As a participant at the super circuit, you will need
to complete a personal assessment during the first 10 days of the
semester, in order to design and/or update the best possible workout
for you. The pre-assessment includes a body fat percentage analysis,
strength test, stress test and other assessment tests. Once
your pre-assessment is completed, you're welcome to use the Super
Circuit according to your own schedule. At the end of the semester,
you'll also go through a post-assessment, in order to measure the
amount of work you have put in from the beginning to the end of
the semester.
