Hayden arrives at Garden City after being named the MVP of his team in 2006 as well as 2007, the Altus Invitational MVP while making the All-Tournament Team in the Billy Bock Classic and Pine Bluff, Arkansas tournaments and an alternate on the All-State Team.  Hayden will help the Busters starting rotation in 2008.
